Valentines 2019

This was the sweetest card that Liam made me for Valentines day.  Well thought out or maybe he traced it.  But he folded it in a way that the top part of the heart met up with the bottom on the other heart perfectly.

My 32nd Birthday

Another year older .... We had dinner at Boskeys for my birthday.  What I thought was just dinner with my family turned out to be much more!  

Love these girls!  They surprised me by showing up! 

We also got together for dinner at Mikados and The Escape Room.

Then ice cream at The Soda Bar.

Thanks for taking time out of your crazy schedules to celebrate another year of my life!  Happy 32nd Birthday to me!

Upward Basketball

This fall Liam decided he wanted to plan Upwards Basketball.  Here he is at tryouts.

I'm sure he plays basketball at school but as far and I'm concerned I have never seen him dribble a basketball, so I knew this would be interesting!  I was asked to help coach.  Hollyn, Adam and I were the coaches of The Golden Eagles.

We prayed before each game.

It was 3 on 3 and each kid had a different color wristband to determine which player to guard.

Snacks after every game!

Liam isn't very aggressive so when he would get the ball he would find someone else to try to pass it to.  There were a few times he had possession and was close enough that he thought he would make it.  He probably made 4-5 baskets all season!  Its a start!

Most importantly he had fun and made new friends and continued to build friendships with the old!  

These two are like 2 peas in a pod! Just like their moms were!
