Summer Break Already?!

The boys made me canvases for Mother's Day!  I love them so much!

There has been soooooo much rain this year!  It has put a damper on some of our summer break days already!

The boys were out of preschool before Liam was out for summer break.  We would drop Liam off and Reid, Kane and I would have breakfast at Donut Palace - their favorite place!

We love bubbles and have spent many of hours blowing and chasing them around.

We picked up lunch at Arby's for Chrissy one afternoon and had lunch in the floor of The Wandering Apple!

Playing at JumpStreet with our friend Luke (Lukie and they call him)

We even stopped and got ice cream.  Luke didn't like his - Reid ate Luke's and his too!

Snuggled up in the bed watching iPads - their favorite thing to do.

Partying with Avery Kate at Beans Creek Winery for the Grape Jam Session with Utopia.

The party crew

Katie, Kane and I drove down to the Boro to pick up Chandler, eat some Freebirds and swing by Old Time Pottery to look for some VBS decorations.  I loved getting to spend some one on one time with Kane!

Katie and Lukie let Reid and Kane come over one Wednesday to play while I went to work and Ryan slaved over the stove for Wednesday night supper!  Soooo thankful for my friends!

Summer looks like its off to a fun start!  I can't wait to see what all we get into this Summer!!!!

CSES Kinderbration

May 24th, 2018.  Liam's last full day of Kindergarten.  Boy did this year fly by!

They didn't have a Graduation, they had a Kinderbration.  The whole kindergarten classes were split up into 10 or so kids per group and each sang a song about the things they learned throughout the year.
Liam's group sang "Watch Me Whip"  except the words were "Watch Me Read"  Liam put on a show with his dance moves!

Graduating Class of 2030

Liam is the 3rd little turkey in green.

Mrs. White presenting him with his graduation certificate.

After the program we split up into classes and each teacher had special superlatives for each child based on their little personalities.  Liam was "Most Studious"  He earned over 60 AR points for the year and would have had more if Mrs. White hadn't of broken her knee cap the beginning of the year.  She talked about how smart he was and how he always kept her on her toes.  So proud of him!

Being silly!

FSCP Graduation

Another year of First Steps Christian Preschool in the books.  Next year will be their last year there!  Makes me sad!

Kane

Reid

They sang a couple songs they had learned throughout the year.

Look at these sweet gifts they made me.  I added them to the one Liam made me when he was in the 3 year old class!  I love them so much!

Where Did Spring Go?

Did we even have a spring season?  I feel like we had winter, a lot of rain and then -BOOM- summer.  Liam chose to play soccer this year.  He wasn't going to play anything and then decided last minute he wanted to play soccer.  He did much better this season than the last.  Practice makes perfect and he still needs a lot of practice.

Loved watching Coach Barker and Coach Brasfield together.  Now if we could only get the Brasfield's to Manchester!!!

Hardy Lee, Reid, Kane and Hudson.  So precious!!!!

Nana and Papa took the boys to Jurassic Quest to see the dinosaurs.

Planting a garden at Nana and Papa's house.

Reading Avery Kate a book during one of our Tuesday girls day!

To Valley Home Farms to pick some strawberries to make strawberry freezer jam!

Reid probably ate more than he put in the basket!  Good thing they don't weigh the kids before and after! Haha!!!

Yummy homemade strawberry ice cream and popsicles.

We also had a visitor come spend some time with us.  My coworker Joe was working on a job in town and asked if his son AJ could come hang out with the boys.  Uh - Yeah!  He is the sweetest thing and the boys had so much fun playing with him!

Sending his mommy and daddy pictures while they were working and we were playing!
