The Start Of A New Beginning

I have seen and read many blogs but I never thought that I would ever be writing my own.  Liam is growing so fast and I want to capture every moment. Since I am just now starting, I'm going to start by back tracking to when I was pregnant.

Had to do it twice... just to make sure! :)

I was 35 weeks when I had my maternity pictures taken.  Who would of thought that in just 2 weeks we would be meeting him!

Here is Liam! ...

 ITS A BOY!!!!!

You will hear about my Liam's birth story later but because I had gestational diabetes, I had an ultrasould every week for the last 2 months.  Every ultrasound picture we have of him, his hands are front of his face! We never really knew what he looked like until he came out!

I have to say that I really enjoyed my pregnancy.  Yeah, the gestational diabetes was no fun because I couldn't eat bad but I only gained 18 pounds throughout the whole pregnancy and 10 of those were before I knew I had the diabetes! I would definitely do it again ... just not anytime soon :)

I guess I have babbled on enough for my first blog entry.  I have a lot of catching up to do since he is already almost 3 months old now!
