Well we decided to travel back south to the house we stayed in 2 years ago in Port St Joe, Florida.
Read here about our trip back in 2013!
We left out on Friday, August 21st at 11:30. We turned the twins carseats around for the ride so that Ryan could have room to drive. They were in awe of what all they could see.
Getting ready to leave! Only one was still awake!
First stop and everyone is passed out!
Mid trip we had to turn on the iPad for some entertainment.
We made it!!! Check in time wasn't until later in the day but we arrived early. The next door neighbor was there cleaning. She hurried along and let us come in once half of the house was clean. She played with the babies for a little bit and then finished up!
While we were waiting we took the babies to see the ocean for the first time.

Liam and Poppa. This was Liam's second time at the ocean.
Everyone made a grocery list and Maggie and I made a trip to the Piggly Wiggly. We had $600 for groceries and drinks and came home with roughly $75. We made some extra trips throughout the week. We probably ended up spending $800 on food and drinks for the week.
That night we ate at the Sand Bucket. It was like a seafood and BBQ place.

We spent the next morning at the beach. Everyone lathered up in sunscreen and picked out a chair to sit in.

Poppa catching ghost crabs.
It was mating season I guess ... we found crabs mating twice during our stay there.
One of the guys found a crazy long legged starfish in the ocean.
There were tons of stingrays that would come up to the shore. Unfortunately I couldn't get my camera to focus on them and take the picture but there were ALOT! We also saw a group of dolphins on a daily basis. I have no clue if they were the same group everyday but I like to think it was! Hehe! Here are some pictures of them and how close the guys got to them.
She maybe my sister in law but she is more like a sister. I am so thankful for her! She is always there to talk and to listen. She helps me with the boys when I need her and I couldn't ask for anyone better! We love you Aunt Maggie!
Dad was looking for a fresh seafood place that would pack some up for the trip home. We decided to check this place out. I was pretty creeped out so I took some pictures in case we were kidnapped.
I feel like there are so many pictures that I need to break the blog up. This ends the first half of the week. Check out Part 2 for the rest of the vacation!
