Happy Thanksiving from Daddy's little drumstick and Mommy's little turkey! Our Thanksgiving started on the day before Thanksgiving with friends. We like to call it Friendsgiving. I forgot to take pictures so I don't have any to post on here. It was nice to just sit around and relax and hang with friends which is one thing I am thankful for! Jonathan, Katy and Alex Wells brought pigs in a blanket and a to die for pumpkin roll (thank I ate for breakfast the next day)!!!! Kevin and Caylee Gilliam brought corn casserole, Kelcey, Ayden and Ansleigh brought rolls and some sweet tea and Mark, Margaret and Hudson Bell brought the ham and loaded mashed potatoes. Ryan smoked a turkey and I made dressing, green bean casserole and cranberry jello salad (that I remembered after everyone had finished eating). The kids played and we laid around like some fat kids! It was fun for sure!
Liam was being the entertainment. He was singing "Jesus Loves Me" to them and they were in awe!
Brasfield Thanksgiving was at our house on Thanksgiving day for lunch. Everyone brought all kinds of yummy stuff. I am afraid to name it all for I feel like I will forget something and it's just too much stuff to name. I once again forgot to take pictures. But I did capture this precious one! Anne Louise was getting some practice in for when Hardy Lee arrives! Not too much longer!
McWhorter Thanksgiving was that night at Stella's house. We had all the good stuff to eat over there too! Of course I was still so full from lunch but I managed to make some room! Here are the boys playing together in the floor.
Nanna managed to get both of them to sleep at the same time.
Everyone enjoying each others company at the table… or they are just too full to move.
Nannie getting some Hudson lovin'
Sleeping together. I wish I could sleep like this. Anywhere. Anytime.
We all have so much to be thankful for and sometimes we forget the most important part while running around aimlessly getting everything prepared for the big feast, FAMILY. I am so thankful for each and every family member that I have. I know I don't tell them how much but if it wasn't for all of their help I would probably be in a mental hospital. So thank you!
