This week started out at Duke and Mary's pool soaking up some Vitamin D so I am not so pasty. I can't stand looking like a ghost. Of course Duke made a feast for all of us to eat! It's was all so good as always. Filet, Bone in steak, 2 pork tenderloins, pork burger patties and boston butt. That's Duke style! He loves to cook and you can tell! And we love to eat it!
Actually the week started out with Maternity pictures Sunday morning before we went swimming. Maggie and I wanted some pictures together so Angela drove all the way to good ol' Manchester to do some photos with us. It was so pretty and I can't want to see them all!
Here is a little sneak peek!
Bella is still in heat. She decided Tuesday that she was going to go behind the couch and #2 in her diaper. It was disgusting. Worse than a child because it was all in her hair. Yuck! Needless to say she got a bath!
Probably TMI for everyone but Sunday night I lost my mucus plug. According to the internet that means that labor is inevitable and it could be anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks from now. Which isn't news to me. I already knew that! I guess I am just more aware of what my body is doing now. Every contraction I feel I make sure to count and see if there are more behind it. So far there aren't. I have been waking up with what feels like back labor. It happens once and then goes away and I fall back asleep. Every moan or grimace I make freaks Ryan out. He is always like "What's wrong? You okay? Is it a contraction?" Bless him. He is scared to death too! LOL!
Liam is fascinated with my belly button. He loves to lift up my shirt, rub my belly and push on my belly button. It gets rather uncomfortable like in-between a tickle and a hurt. I dunno it's hard to explain! LOL He doesn't get to do it but a few times.

Wednesday I spent the day all by myself. My father in law called the night before and asked if Liam could spend the night. Of course we said yes! He loves his Papa! I woke up that morning and felt like laying out so I text Mary and asked if I could lay out by her pool. It was so nice. I fell asleep a few times but could only stand about 2 hours out there before I decided to go home. Once I got home I ate some lunch and then passed out again. I have been soooo sleepy here lately. I figure it's just my body's way of getting me ready for these babies! It's even hard to stay awake when I am home with Liam. Luckily he wakes me up every chance he gets just because he thinks its funny! I can't complain thought, he is a pretty self sufficient child, thank goodness!
Kind of scary, I know. It's massive, I know. I figured it would be covered in stretch marks by now but there has only been an addition of a few added to the ones I had from Liam. As uncomfortable as it is lugging this thing around, I love it. I know I complain a lot and sometimes act like I am dying but there are 2 human beings inside of me. Who all can say they accomplished that? They will be here before we know it! And yes, I have bathing suit bottoms on. My belly just overtakes the picture :)
In my spare time I have been trying to catch up on my Shutterfly books before the twins get here. I am really behind! I finished Liam's First Birthday party book and Ryan ordered it for me for Mother's Day! I have finished his 18 month photo book as well but am waiting on some coupons to get it a little cheaper. I also have his 2 year/twin announcement book to finish as well. Once I get maternity pictures, I will make that book and then be ready for these babies to get here!!! I refuse to be the mom who doesn't take as many pictures of her others kids like she did the first! Ryan hates it and so does my checkbook but in the end they are all so worth every penny! I will cherish them FOREVER!!!!! Here are they links to the books if any family members want to look at them.

Today's Dr. appt went well! I met Dr. Mills today. There really isn't a Dr. that I have met there that I didn't like. I had an ultrasound first of course. No pictures this time but I did get a disc with some video clips of them moving around. Reid who is supposed to be head down is now breech and Kane is still transverse. The fact that they are still moving around gives me hope that Reid will still go back to the head down position when it comes time for labor. Reid's heart rate was 138 and Kane's was 135. Dr. Mills was happy with my progress as well as my blood sugars. She explained that they would not stop my labor if I was to go into labor today. She wasn't concerned about the mucus plug. She said they would start checking my cervix next week at 35 weeks along with the group B strep test. Mom went with me and we did some shopping and eating after the appointment.
Of course here is this weeks belly picture!
For some reason I am always wearing that shirt when I take my pictures. It's so comfy!
Off the subject of my family/pregnancy. Mom and I went to Chili's after my appointment Friday. The world of waitressing is changing. The Chili's at the Avenue now has these little computer systems that you can order on, play games on and at the end of your meal pay for your check…. without having to wait to your server. At first she gets your drinks and meal order but after that it's all on the computer! It was awesome! Mom had ordered margarita's and there was a tab that said reorder drinks. All you had to do was click a button and it would send it to the bartender and a blue light would show up on the top of the tablet to let her know that we had ordered something. She would then go look to see what it was and bring it to us. Of course we got dessert and ordered it through there and it came out in no time! Funny thing was that it asked for how many spoons you needed! LOL Then there was no waiting on a check. We went to the pay check screen and you could either split the check and pay for it all. Mom just swiped her card, it printed out a receipt and we were on our way out! Talk about customer satisfaction!
