The last 3 months

As always ... I can never keep up my blog but my intentions are good and I remember what all needs to be blogged as I sort through the pictures in my phone.  Here are some random happenings over the last 3 months ...

Aug 29th, I had a Microdiscectomy.  It was an outpatient procedure and so far it has been a blessing and I am pain free!  Now to strengthen and get back in shape!

Potty training ... its a struggle but they are some what interested so we are going with it.  They always have to potty at the same time and even if one goes and the other doesn't they both think they need "pee pee candy"  They aren't very consistent but it's a start.  Oh how nice would it be to not have to buy diapers!!!!

Liam getting his hair cut at Cutshaw's.

This sweet face ... enough said!

Picnic on the back porch!

Nap time!

Bless it ... passed out by the back door while eating gummies!

We ate at Cathay's for Ryan's birthday and the boys got to use chopsticks.  They loved it!

Liam, Landon and Judson at preschool.

This boy has it rough ... passed out with the Ninja turtle and his Xbox controller.

We have let the boys hair grow out and Kane finally let us put it in a pony tail ... it didn't last long!

Look how big and grown up they look in these pictures :(

Papa and Hudson

These two loved the parade.. especially all the candy!

After the parade we went to the square and stopped at the Home Depot setup and made a bird house.

I think Ryan enjoyed it more the Liam!

The Orange Fire Breathing Dragons

Liam played Tiny Tots Softball earlier this season so when it was time for soccer sign ups I asked him if he wanted to play and he was so excited about it. I was nervous because he just wasn't all that interested in softball but I think it might just be his age.  This kid spends a lot of time on his iPad and he is so smart that I'm just not sure he is going to be my sports kid.

1st practice and he did better than I expected!

Practices are set up to be more like recess.  The program they used this year is called DinoMites.  It's super cute and the curriculum is centered on making soccer about fun and friends.  This is supposed to help them find the love of the game and not make it about winning.  Jamie Norris is his coach and he does such a great job with the kids!

Liam's first game.
They are the orange team.  They named themselves the "Orange Fire Breathing Dragons"

Liam tends to do this a lot in the games.  He is getting better about it but he isn't very aggressive.

Liam's Cheerleaders

Water break.  They play 4 quarters and its 3 on 3.  Their are 6 players on each team.

Coffee County Fair

Coffee County Fair time and all the boys have art!  No one won any ribbons but they all won in my heart!

Reid and Kane couldn't ride a whole lot because they were too short and too young.  They tried to ride this ride but they wouldn't sit still and kept hopping from jeep to jeep.  The operator made them get off.  He said it was too dangerous.  If he only knew lol

I had a blast watching Liam on this one.  It brought back memories of when I used to ride the same ride when I was young!

Nana and Reid sliding

Walking through the fun house

Ryan sliding down the slide

I never remember the fair being that hot.

We paid to let the boys pick up ducks ....
just to cool off.

I think Kane would have flipped in it if we would have let him.
