Liam turns 11

November 30, 2022 - Liam turned 11.  I can't believe I have an 11 year old.  So crazy to me.  For his birthday he wanted a couple friends to come hang out with him and opted out of a big party.  He picked 3 friends to go to Urban Air, dinner and sleepover.

Here they are at Urban Air

Landon Clark, Levi Dotson, Liam & Judson Hensiek.

After Urban Air they decided they wanted hibachi so we went to Samauri's.  Here they are patiently waiting to be seated :)

Finally some food!!!  These boys were starving!

Volcano!!!!

Birthday ice cream!

Sleepover situation. Two on the couch ...

.... and two on the corduroy!

Once they were up and fed they went outside to play some football.

Not sure what is going on here >haha< but I think they are discussing their team strategies.  Landon and Liam just look like they are hugging! >LOL<

On his actually birthday morning he woke up to birthday waffles with sprinkles.

And we surprised him with a microscope he had been asking for.

Then all the family came over for dinner and birthday cake!  His request was a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and pirouline cookies.  So we made it happen!

He also got this otamatone for his birthday.  He attempted to play "Happy Birthday" on it.

Happy Birthday Liam!

Halloween

The crew for Halloween this year was entertaining.  The Bell's were the Mario crew.  And mine, well, each of mine had a blow up costume of their liking.   First stop was for a group picture at Nana & Papa's house.

Then we hit up Pam & Gene's house.  We started earlier this year so we missed Pam but Gene hooked the up with the candy!

Then off to my parents house to raid all their candy.  They don't get many trick or treaters, if any at all.

Rocket Man

Alien Man

and Snail Man.

This year we did something a little different.  Ryan has a cousin that lives in Tullahoma that invited us to walk their neighborhood with them.  The kids had a blast.

Afterwards, we went back to their house for dinner and just hung out together! It was super fun and I could see this being a good tradition to keep going.

Kane's Class for Halloween - he was Stitch at school

Liam's class - He was Marshmello

I didn't have a class picture for Reid's class :(

Spooky Season was a success!!!

Liam's First Concert

October 1st was Liam's first concert experience.  We have noticed Liam really enjoys music.  He takes our phone when he get in the car and becomes our DJ.  Ryan and I love Jon Pardi so when we saw he was coming to Ascend Amphitheater we knew we wanted to take him!  He chose Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner.

We got there early, got our chairs and picked where on the lawn we were going to sit.  Then Liam decided to take advantage of the space and roll down the slope.

Can't go to a concert without getting a snack!

Soaking it all in!

Lainey Wilson was first and she did such a good job!

Jon Pardi was amazing as always!

A few songs in and this guy couldn't hang.  He was so tired so he just went to sleep!  May not have been the most successful first concert experience but he had fun!

Fall Sports

Keeping up with all the sports is crazy enough doing it in real life.  So i'm going to just highlight each kid in each sport individually instead of chronologically to minimize the craziness.

Reid - Tullahoma Fall Ball - Volunteers #7

Going to tell our friends playing on another field Good Luck!

Reid - Tullahoma Flag Football - Eagles #9

Liam - Manchester Soccer League - #who knows - we never got our uniforms >eyeroll<

We ended up getting t-shirts and not the initial uniforms we were supposed to get.  We also went through about 3 coaches this season which made for little to no progress I feel.  This soccer season was a disaster!

Kane - Manchester Soccer League - #2

Kane's coach was awesome!  I saw a great improvement in this group of kids! Thankful for great coaches!
