Coffee County Fair 2018

The fair this year was Sept 16th-22nd.
Liam's artwork won 3rd place!!!

So did Reid's!!!!

Kane didn't place but he still did a good job on his!

We went on Monday night - My parents -G & Grandy- went with us.  We ate at the rescue squad for dinner then made our way to the rides.

Checking out the height requirements.

First ride!

This year Liam was able to ride some of the bigger rides.  The first ride we got to was the Tilt-A-Whirl.  One of my favorite rides.  Liam loved it too!

When our ride was over, we found Alex and Carter standing in line to ride.  Liam hopped in line with them to ride it again.

Even the twins were able to ride (with an adult).  They were scared at first but also loved it!

So after riding it 3 times in a row I see Liam come off looking as white as a ghost.  He then says, "I don't feel so good.  I don't want to ride that anymore."  He proceeded to sit on this bench with this look for a while until he felt better.

While Liam took a break the twins and I continued to ride rides!

They even went on the Ferris Wheel with me!

G leading them to the next ride!

Last, we rode bumper cars and on our way out we stopped to watch the Nick's Kid Show.  The boys ended up getting to play in the band!

Ryan Gets Dunked

August 19th, 2018, Ryan was baptized.   Words don't describe how this makes me feel.  We have been through a lot in the past year.  Things I wouldn't wish on anyone but we have made it through stronger than before and I feel that wouldn't be possible without my faith.  Since then, we have become more involved in church.  Ryan especially.  He cooks Wednesday night supper and is now the new Tech Director.  Ryan was baptized at a young age and as some kids do, they don't realize what it truly means to be baptized.  Dr. Coxs' sermons have been pulling on his heart (and mine too!) lately and he recently made the decision to walk forward and rededicate himself.

Tim Heinsek baptized him on August 19th, 2018 in the 8:30 service.  We were concerned that Ryan might take Tim down with him but everything went without a problem. (Thank God for that!)

God is good - I pray that we continue on the path God have given us to raise our sweet family.
