Paw Patrol Live

Shew!  What a busy week for us!  Wilderness in the Smokies. my birthday and now Paw Patrol Live at TPAC to wrap up the week!  We ate at Chuys before we went.  Liam decided to draw a monster.  When he showed me I'm sure he could see my eyes getting bigger.  I asked him to explain his monster.  When he got to the legs I asked him "3 legs?"  He said "No mom!  Thats his tail!!!"  Shew!

We spent $20 to valet park (Ridiculous!!!)  and made our way to our seats!

Liams expressions as it started!

Reid clapping ...

Look at that smile!

It was a cute play and the boys loved it! It kept their attention and they were sad when it was over!

My 30th Birthday

I cant believe that I am 30.  I don't know where to be happy or sad.  I think my mom feels the same way!

CUTE cookies that Renee Taylor made!

Half Red Velvet (my favorite) and half Vanilla!

It was a surprise party at Prater's BBQ.  All of my closest friends and family were there to share my day with me.

My best friend, Hollyn!  She turns 30 in March!!!

Me, Hollyn and Carla - we have been friends longer than we haven't and I love these girls so much!

Hollyn's son Landon and my Liam.  I hope they grow up to have the friendship that his mom and I have.  So far they are off to a great start!

For my birthday Ryan go me a violin and hopefully I can find someone to teach me how to play it!

Wilderness in the Smokies

I took off of work for a whole week during my birthday week.  They boys skipped school and we took them to Wilderness at the Smokies in Sevierville for a couple of days.  Here are the boys all loaded up and ready to go!  They were so excited!

Not long after we started the twins were out!

Thank goodness for headphones and iPads!

We made it!!  We were on the bottom floor and could enter our room from the outside if we wanted to!

We threw our bags in the room, put on our swimsuits and made our way to the pool as soon as we got there!  We bought a pizza before we swam.  They have everything you could image there so you didn't have to leave the place if you didn't want too!  We choose to order room service the first night!

Liam and Kane loved it.  Reid didn't care for it took much.  He wanted to be by my side and not get too far away.  He definitely didn't want his head wet.  Kane found a slide that he fell in love with and Liam and Ryan spend most of their time in the wave pool.

My boys have found their tongues.  Now it seems like every time we take a picture the tongues come out!  Might as well join them! Haha!

This sweet boy being tickled.  There were many tickle fights this trip!

For breakfast we got up and made our way to The Apple Barn.  Liam had double chocolate chip pancakes, twins had french toast and I think both Ryan and I had an omelet.  They apple fritters and apple butter were AMAZING!

Since the boys didn't swim long the first afternoon we knew that they wouldn't want to swim ALL DAY on day two so we took them to the Aquarium.

This was the coolest tank tunnel.  There was a conveyor belt that you could stand on and not have to walk.  Their variety of sharks and fish were impressive!

Submarine simulator - they had to turn wheels to fix the leak

Visiting the penguins ... they were so cute!

After the aquarium we stopped at MagiQuest and did a fantasy adventure with magic wands.  After that was over we did the mirror maze which was funny to see the boys try to figure it out and run into the mirrors and laugh.  We also did a laser game, too.

After we got back from touring the town we went back to swimming.  The water was kinda cold and they got tired of it real quick.  They had a quick snack and swam a little bit longer and then we went back to the room and get ready for dinner.

I didn't take a picture of the big slides from the inside but here they are on the outside.  Ryan and I were able to take turns doing some of them.  Many need multiple persons to ride and you have to be a certain weight limit.

We ate at one of the restaurants in the resort that night.

That next morning we loaded the car back up to head home.  They twins once again passed out pretty quickly. They had a blast there and cant wait to go back again!  Maybe next time we can go snow skiing at Ober!
